These wing nuts, designed for applications with high cleanliness and hygiene requirements, and meeting all the requirements of FDA standards, are characterized by a completely sealed surface that allows them to be mounted without leaving any dead spaces. In addition, their geometry and meticulous, impermeable finishing details prevent the accumulation of bacteria and facilitate quick and sustainable cleaning, which can be used in more aggressive environments.

The ergonomic design in GN 8341 wing nuts allows them to be tightened to high torques, even without the aid of other tools.

The GN 8341 wing nuts are manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel, with available matt or polished finishings. The sealing ring can be supplied in H-NBR H (-25°C to +150°C) or EPDM E (-40°C to +120°C).
