Achieving airtight sealing at ends and corners is critical for optimal gasket performance. Normally, issues associated with incomplete or short seals result in gaps in the installed gasket strip or challenges in sealing into square corners, spoiling the gasket’s effectiveness.
Our gaskets provide a comprehensive solution, ensuring a secure seal and resistance to wear and tear. We present final solutions of rings and frames with our bonding services, through gluing or vulcanization.
These gaskets are designed for rapid application on door frames and various openings such as vents, access panels in electrical or electronic cabinets and enclosures. They are also ideal for transportation applications in cars, trucks, coaches, caravans, railway coaches, and specialized vehicles such as police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks.
Our standard shapes include butt joints and right-angle joins, allowing for versatile combinations, including steel-inserted profiles. Assembly is remarkably simple, involving pushing or knocking the gasket onto a flange, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient installation process.
Many of our gasket sections are UL listed, meeting standards like UL50, designating them suitable for outdoor applications. Others adhere to UL94HB, indicating their self-extinguishing properties, ensuring safety in case of fire.
