High levels of cleanliness, resistance to corrosion, prevention against contaminating elements and efficient functionality are characteristics that are increasingly in demand in sectors such as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
To fulfil stringent product safety requirements at all stages of a process - from preparation to the finished product - REIMAN presents two lines of standard Elesa+Ganter components.
Visually Detectable
This range includes standard components with AISI 303 and 304 stainless steel inserts, made from ‘signal blue’ technopolymer, RAL 5005, a material suitable for contact with food (FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011), easily detectable and recognisable to the human eye thanks to the specificity and uniqueness of the colour, which does not normally exist in the environments in which these components are applied.
Metal Detectable
This range includes standard components with AISI 303 and 304 stainless steel inserts, made from ‘blue green’ technopolymer, RAL 5001, a material suitable for food contact (FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011).
The special additive contained in the plastic material allows 5 mm cubic particles to be detected using a metal detector.
The specificity and uniqueness of the blue colour, which is naturally absent in the environment in which these components are applied, also makes it possible to see and detect contaminating particles.
The characteristics of these two lines contribute to increasing safety levels in food production processes in full compliance with international regulations. Compliance with FDA regulations for the production of materials also means that there is a high level of prevention against the risks of food contamination.
The two lines include: VTT-SST solid handles, ERZ-SST stainless steel clamping handles, M.643-SST bridge handles, EKK-SS threaded handles, I.780 cylindrical handles and CFM hinges.
