What is Elesa+Ganter's TCC System?
The TCC System is a set of Elesa+Ganter components made up of technopolymer connecting clamps, together with AISI 304 stainless steel bolts and nuts. The design of these parts is simple, free of edges that condition tight spaces, and smooth so that the pipe can pass through without causing damage. The connectors are available in RAL 9005 (Black), RAL 7040 (Grey), and only a few are also available in RAL 5005 (Blue, from the Visually Detectable range). These are the TCC parts:
TCC-AB
TCC-AB is a connecting clamp with a mounting base. This part is threaded onto a flat surface and is used to attach a tube end to the applied surface.
TCC-SL-VB
TCC-SL is a connecting clamp with a sleeve. This piece is suitable for joining two tubes and securing the end of each tube, forming the junction of these components into a larger structure.
TCC-TB
TCC-TB is connecting clamp with a mounting plate. The tube is inserted into this clamp, which can fix onto any cylindrical area of the tube, where the clamp's mounting plate will serve to hold any flat threaded bracket.
TCC-TS-VB
TCC-TS as a TCC-TS-PR component
TCC-TS is a T-shaped connecting clamp. This clamp is used to assemble two tubes in a perpendicular direction, allowing one tube end to be brought close to any cylindrical area of the other tube applied. This piece, together with a tubular handle, is part of the TCC-TS-PR product.
TCC-CR-VB
TCC-CR is a two-way connecting clamp. This connector can be used to assemble two tubes in a perpendicular direction, allowing tightening in any cylindrical area of both tubes.
TCC-KS-ERX applied in a TCC-TS
TCC-KS-EWN applied in a TCC-TS
TCC-KS is a clamping kit that consists of a handle, a distance bushing and a self-locking nut, applied at the clamp adjustment area. The handle allows for a more practical and recurring adjustment in situations of more frequent adjustments. There are two different types of kit: The TCC-KS-ERX kit, whose handle is an adjustable lever, and the TCC-KS-EWN, whose handle is a wing nut.
TCC-A
TCC-A applied in a TCC-TS
TCC-A is a hole reduction sleeve. This part is used to adapt the insertion of tubes with a shorter diameter, so that they can also be fitted accurately. TCC-A hole reduction sleeves are compatible with tubes with a diameter between 12mm and 30mm.
TCC-AP-AP and TCC-AP-TP
TCC-AP-AP and TCC-AP-TP are hinged joints with clamps. These parts make it possible to adapt the tube structure by tilting one of the applied tubes to any angle that can be positioned.
TCC-AP-PB and TCC-TP-PB
TCC-AP-PBF and TCC-TP-PBF
TCC-AP-PB, TCC-TP-PB, TCC-AP-PBF and TCC-TP-PBF are hinged joints with mounting base and clamps. These parts make it possible to adapt the intended angle of a connection between a tube and a threaded part to the mounting plate, whether it's adjusting the angle of a tube connected to a fixed platform, or adjusting the angle of a surface connected to a fixed tube.
This system was recently awarded the distinction of winner at the German Design Awards 2024. The practical use and minimalist design indicate the worth of this set of parts, capable of building multiple structures such as fencing systems and workshop furniture.
