Shipping Information
With partnerships with the most reliable transportation companies and continuous investments in our logistical processes, Reiman is committed to fast, on-time delivery. We offer several easy and efficient ways to get the items you need, where and when you need them.
Reiman uses a weight-based matrix to calculate shipping fees. The fee depends on the weight of the products, delivery address, and level of service chosen. The following shipping information is based on these variables.
Shipping Options
Portugal Standard Delivery: For small and big volumes, delivered in a box or pallet. Service provided by CTT Expresso, TNT, or other specialized transportation company.

Handling and Processing time
** Due to the current geopolitical conflicts and certain climate changes, we are experiencing occasional delays in certain product categories. This is not acceptable to us, and very disappointing to our customers. We are working hard and together with our Suppliers and Transportation partners to improve the operational performance.**
Our goal is to get your orders processed and despatched to you in the shortest amount of time. Orders are processed every Monday to Friday.
Please refer to the "Shipped In" information on every product page or with our Customer Service Team. Orders placed by noon (GMT) will be shipped on the same day for most of the products. If an order contains products that need special packaging, assembly, or other special processes, one extra working day for handling and processing might be needed.
Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail and a tracking number.

Other Notes
- Orders placed during the weekend/national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order changes or order cancellation – In the event that you need to change an order, you must contact customer service prior to receiving shipment confirmation.
- When you receive the order, please check that everything is as expected (quantity, length, model).
