Removal: Turn the screwdriver anti-clockwise to retract SNAP wedges (3.). The compression spring (2.) ejects the fastener from the back panel. The captive insert remains in the front panel, held by the U-shaped spring (1.). 4. The cut-out in the back panel can be an oblong hole for tolerance adjustment. 5. The front panel cut-out is a standard round hole. The (S) dimension is equal to the total thickness of the sheet metal panels.
