Inxpect Products: The Intelligent Radar Technology
Inxpect systems respond to the growing need of the market to obtain optimized solutions that ensure the safety of the employees. The automated processes and robotics in general are constantly undergoing very positive and evolving changes, however, there is still a gap associated with these processes: the assurance of employee safety when working with robots. It is in this sense that Inxpect radars appear as an added value so that collaborative work combines all the safety conditions.
Radar Technologies - Security Systems
The world's first security radar - the LBK system - was created by Inxpect and the success of the creation has raised the brand to the level it is today. It already has three security systems:
- LBK System- composed by the LBK-S01 sensor that works at 24 GHz and the LBK-C22 controller.
- LBK System Bus- composed of the LBK-S01 sensor working at 24 GHz and the ISC-B01 controller.
- SBV System Bus- composed of the SBV-01 sensor working at 60 GHz and the ISC-B01 controller.
In order to better understand how these technologies are activated, we show you in what each of these sensors and control units consists:
Sensors
- LBK-S01 -This is an intelligent radar based on the brand's own detection algorithms. The LBK-S01 sends radio waves and receives motion information through the analysis of several returned signals (either through static or moving objects).
- SBV-01- This radar is ideal for complex scenarios since it has a horizontal field of view with 4 alarm areas. Like the previous one, it is based on Inxpect's own detection algorithms, but it is distinguished by operating in an ISM 60GHz frequency band.
Control Units
- LBK-C22- This controller is capable of connecting up to six intelligent LBK-S01 sensors. It allows the configuration of several parameters from the sensitivity levels, safety functions to the size of the warning areas. All these features are available in the Inxpect Safety PC application through the USB cable connection.
- ISC-B01- This control unit provides connections via ethernet and fieldbus thus improved system performance. The detection zones can be changed in the system in real time. Inxpect Safety Application allows remote configuration of the controller and ensures the highest levels of safety.
