Order Cancellation and Returns

Reiman must approve the cancellation of any order before the order is shipped. Please contact us before you make the return.

Orders for Customized or Non-Standard products may not be canceled or returned.


Return of incorrect or faulty items

If the product is faulty when the customer receives it, he should contact us within 2 business days after receipt of the order. Such a warranty claim can be made only within 2 business days after receipt of the products by the customer without returning the product before we require it. Reiman reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund on the return costs.

Reiman will make a professional analysis of the product after receiving photos and confirm whether the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund. Reiman reserves the right to refuse the analysis and therefore the replacement and/or refund shall the photographs that we find necessary to evaluate are received after 2 business days after receipt and/or if the quality of the photographs is not sufficiently accurate to allow proper analysis.

Reiman will declare a product to be ineligible for a replacement and/or refund in all cases below:

  • The product has been altered or in any way;

  • The product is manufactured as specified and follows all the requirements agreed

In respect of the faulty product, transportation costs will be assumed by us. If we do not receive any notice within the provided 2 business days after delivery, we will assume the product meets your specifications and performance requirements.

It is also assumed that a buyer has done all the necessary research on the product they wish to purchase and understands what it can and cannot do. Reiman is not responsible for buyers unsatisfied due to buyers not doing proper research on their purchased product.

Any return for Incorrect or faulty items must be reported within 2 business days after delivery.


Warranty

Reiman assures that the products will substantially meet the features of the indicated catalogs and/or technical datasheets, and are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover products that have been damaged due to abuse, improper installation, excessive loads, or any use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product.

To obtain a product replacement under its warranty, contact Reiman Technical Support as soon as you detect the defect. Please let us know how the product was used and the type of defect or malfunction experienced.

Conditions of Warranty

The warranty shall be void and of no effect, if the following are performed and found on the product:

(1) The product has been subjected to improper installation, storage, or handling;

(2) The product was subjected to an unauthorized repair;

(3) The product was subject to any water damage, improper electrical connection or other cause indicated on the product manual, datasheet, or instructions of use;

(4) The product was engaged above its rated load;

(5) The product lacked reasonable and necessary maintenance;

(6) Improper packaging for return.

The warranty period is generally 1 (one) year, except when specified on the product page, quote, or any other support provided by Reiman.

During the warranty period stated above, Reiman will, at its sole option, repair or replace, at no cost to the customer, products that prove to be defective, provided the defect or failure is not due to misuse or abuse of the product. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the defective product to the Reiman Headquarters. Modified products will not be warranted. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
