HIWIN CGW blocks are wide blocks from the CG series linear guideway, designed in O-arrangement for all precision-machined mounting surfaces. The CG ball bearing guideway features a four-row arc contact design that delivers high moment load capacity, making it particularly suitable for single-axis applications.

The CG series incorporates an optimised lubrication concept specifically engineered for short-stroke applications, reducing maintenance intervals and extending service life. An optional cover strip provides superior protection against dirt ingress and wear of the end seals, while minimising assembly effort by covering the rail mounting holes.
