HIWIN CRGR profile rails are roller-type linear guideway rails from the CRG series, designed for heavy-duty applications such as machine tools, presses, injection moulding machines and measuring machines. The CRG series uses rollers as rolling elements, delivering very high load capacity and very high rigidity compared to ball-type guideways.

The integrated cover strip minimises mounting hole sealing effort while protecting against dirt ingress and wear on the sealing lip. CRGR rails are compatible with the corresponding HIWIN CRG blocks and are available in multiple sizes to match your application requirements.
