HIWIN EGR profile rails are flat ball bearing guide rails from the EG/QE series, designed for applications with limited installation space. The 45° arrangement of the four ball tracks provides equal load capacity in all directions and self-aligning capability to absorb installation errors, making EGR rails particularly suitable for high-speed automation machines.

With SynchMotion™ technology, the EG series becomes the QE linear guideway — delivering higher travel speeds, extended relubrication intervals and smoother, lower-noise operation. Compatible with the corresponding HIWIN EG/QE blocks, available in multiple sizes and standard lengths.
