HIWIN TM-5 torque motors are ready-to-install direct drive motor units comprising a stator and rotor, specially designed for the machine tool sector. Thanks to integrated liquid cooling channels, the motor can be operated with water cooling, ensuring no additional process heat is introduced into the machine while enabling higher continuous torques. The TM-5 series is characterised by high torques and a low cogging torque, delivering fully wear-free and maintenance-free direct drive operation.
