The PEI oil scrapers have the following characteristics: - For work environments with strong presence of sharp chips; - They are built on design with any size and shape; - They can be produced from single pieces to large series because there are no equipment costs; - The polyurethane profile is resistant to abrasion and easily substituted; - The dimensioned drawing of the rail to be scraped is required for realisation; - The preload is defined by our technical department according to the shape of the scraper; - The oil scraper dimensions refer to the rest position without pre-loading and it is ALWAYS necessary to communicate the distance between the fixing hole and the rail surface to be scraped; - We recommend using hexagon socket screws for fastening.
