Innovative telescopic cover that can be completely dismantled, suitable for protecting the front and vertical axes in machining centres, transfers, lathes and milling-boring machines of small and medium dimensions.This new protection allows easy accessibility both to the roof as a whole and to the machine tool: any maintenance interventions are quick and the total time of the operations to be carried out is reduced to a minimum. Given the “modular” construction philosophy of the new roof, any single damaged panels can be replaced without the need to use special tools.It is completely assembled without welding and therefore can be completely disassembled into its components.The removable telescopic cover is made of very high strength steel, the maximum recommended dimensions are up to one metre wide and 4.5 metres high.The new telescopic cover is characterised by a closed configuration, independent of the machine structure. It can mount a polyurethane scraper protected in the opening of the spindle passage, it supports speeds up to 150 m / min. with synchronisation mechanism, as well as accelerations up to 2g.
